This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, transmitting, displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of pakarjudi8.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakarjudi8, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failures, or technical malfunctions.
pakarjudi8's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pakarjudi8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Members in advance where reasonably practicable.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. A Member may close their Account by submitting a written request to pakarjudi8 support. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method following standard KYC procedures.

If the matter cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the initial written complaint, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict pakarjudi8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of pakarjudi8's intellectual property rights.
